Home of the Raiders

Located in the heart of north Fargo, Washington Elementary serves students in grades K–5 and proudly feeds into Ben Franklin Middle School and Fargo North High School. We lay a strong academic and character foundation to support students throughout their educational journey.

Our Mission

We work together to create a safe, supportive environment where students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our goal is to develop kind lifelong learners who demonstrate curiosity, resilience, and purpose.

Connection, Growth, and Community

Strong relationships are at the heart of student success. We build meaningful connections with students and families to create a true sense of belonging. Our staff embraces continuous improvement through reflection, collaboration, and instructional coaching, modeling a growth mindset for our students. A dedicated PTA partners with teachers and families to strengthen community and enhance learning opportunities.

We believe learning is most powerful when it is engaging, reflective, and meaningful. We design experiences that challenge students to think critically, solve problems, and discover their potential.
